Tours can be booked through our online inquiry forms, by email, or by phone. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the experience start date. For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required upfront. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations between 30-59 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Modifications to dates or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee. We highly recommend travel insurance.
